A variation on the standard string bend, this technique uses two strings at once. In this example only one of the two strings is bent.

Double String Bending example

The lower of the two notes is bent up a full tone whilst the upper note is held ringing. This effect creates a screeching sound as harmonics created by the bending note cross over the sound of the ringing note.
